Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
To be eligible for a return, your makeup brush set must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Any makeup brush set not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For late or missing refunds:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace makeup brush sets if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, send us an email at orders@shopmusebeauty.com and send your item to:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced makeup brush sets may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the makeup brush set was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified about the return.
Applicable Fees

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For any items returned outside of the eligibility criteria or timeline, an additional restocking fee of 10% of the item price may be applied.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
